5:45pm-7pm: Guest Speakers on the Transition Years and Supported Decision Making
7pm-8pm: Resource Fair

Easterseals Colorado, Developmental Pathways, and the Lone Tree Arts Center are excited to host you and your family for an evening of valuable information. From 5:45-7pm our guest speakers from The Arc of Aurora and Family Voices Colorado will present on how to navigate the transition years and how to support your young adult in decision making in many areas of their life. From 7-8pm, you can speak with 40+ organizations during our large resource fair. If you RSVP, we will email you a description of each organization 1-2 weeks prior to the event. Note, this event is intended for young adults with disabilities and their families ages 14-25, however any adult with disabilities would benefit from the information being shared.
