Trailhead Community invites individuals and families to attend an upcoming Open House and learn more about our inclusive independent living community in Littleton. Trailhead is home to adults with and without disabilities living independently within an accessible, community-oriented environment designed to promote safety, connection, and long-term independence. Attendees will have the opportunity to tour the community, explore common spaces, meet staff and residents, and learn more about housing opportunities currently available. Whether you are actively exploring housing options or simply beginning to think about future planning, we welcome you to come see the community firsthand and ask questions. Advance RSVP requested.
