An event every week that begins at 1:30 pm on Wednesday, repeating until May 22, 2024
The Colorado Respite Coalition is offering a multi-component Caregiver Stress-Busting program, beginning September 27, 2023. The program meets for 90 minutes each week, for 9 weeks. The program teaches Stress Management Techniques, Relaxation and Coping Strategies.
The program is available at NO COST to caregivers. This program is perfect for:
- Parents of children with a disability or a chronic illness
- Children of adults with a disability or a chronic illness
- Spouses caring for a loved one with a disability or chronic illness
- Family caregivers of a family member, friend, or loved one with a disability or chronic illness
