This will be our final cohort of clinics for the 2020-2024 grant cycle.
The application opens on July 1, 2022 and closes on January 15, 2023Please help us in recruiting a clinic in your state
by asking them to fill out this application by 1/15/23.
The overall MSRGN goal is 5 clinics per state x 8 states = 40 clinics total
