| Douglas County Developmental Disabilities Mill Levy (DDML) Grant Douglas County will be calling for applications requesting grant funds to help people with intellectual or developmental disabilities. Applications are due May15th. To apply, attendance at an application workshop on April 9th is required. Grants are awarded to projects and services that address unmet needs of Douglas County residents, using best practices in serving those with intellectual or developmental disabilities. Grants typically range between $1,000 and $25,000.
