Stakeholder Opportunity to Provide Input on HCBS Case Management Redesign – Now in Spanish!
As part of the case management redesign initiatives for HCBS waiver services, the Department would like to gather information and feedback from all HCBS stakeholders, including members, providers, HCBS case managers, and advocates, on current and future definitions of quality case management.
