Caring for our adult children with disabilities brings unique joys, distinct challenges, and ongoing questions about the future—especially as we grow older ourselves. While we work to navigate complex systems, plan for the future, and support our loved ones, it is equally important that we care for ourselves, prepare for crises, and know where to turn when challenges arise.
